Terms of Service

PowerABL™ and Ledgerly-ABL™ are provided “as-is” without warranties or guarantees. All financial decisions, entries, and actions are the sole responsibility of the user. The Franks Standard LLC is not liable for losses, damages, or errors.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, checking each acceptance box, or using PowerABL on any tier (Free, Pro, Business, or complimentary), you enter a binding agreement with the operators of PowerABL (“we”, “us”), including The Franks Standard LLC as named above. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Service description

PowerABL provides inventory vault, pricing guidance, bank balance display (via third parties), store connection tools, and tax record-keeping worksheets. We are not a bank, CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or tax filing authority.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and backup of critical records
  • Sales tax collection and remittance per applicable law (shipping ZIP for destination-based tax)
  • Income, payroll, and nonprofit filings with qualified professionals
  • Strong passwords, 90-day rotation when prompted, and optional two-factor authentication
  • Lawful use only — no fraud, money laundering, or harassment

4. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. Each acceptance is logged with version, timestamp, and hashed connection metadata for compliance proof.

5. Licenses & tiers

Paid and complimentary licenses unlock additional features. License keys are non-transferable unless we approve in writing. Misuse may result in revocation without refund where permitted by law.

6. Auto-sync & item numbers

Items receive automatic item numbers (SKUs) when added. Connected stores use the same SKU. Bank and store sync runs on a schedule and when the app is open — balances may lag; always verify with your bank and storefront.

7. Limitation of liability

See our Liability Release & Waiver, incorporated by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for tax penalties, audit findings, lost profits, and third-party service failures.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes require re-acceptance before continued use. The active version is shown at signup.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations, abuse, or legal requests.
